Sestavine
- 1600 g krompirja
- 1 velika čebula
- 1 jajce
- 1½ žlice Vegete
- 1½ žličke mletega črnega popra Maestro
- 3 žličke kumine Maestro
- 165 g gladke moke
- svinjska mast
Priprava
- Krompir in čebulo narežemo na večje kocke in jih popolnoma zmeljemo v multipraktiku.
- Večkrat ponovimo.
- Zmes prestavimo v veliko skledo in ji dodamo razžvrkljano jajce, Vegeto, poper in kumino ter dobro premešamo.
- Pekač velikosti približno 28 cm × 43 cm premažemo z veliko maščobe in vanj vlijemo zmes.
- Pečemo v pečici, ogreti na 220 stopinj 30–40 minut, nato pa s pomočjo drugega pekača obrnemo zlevanko in pečemo še 20 minut.
Nasvet
Namesto masti lahko uporabimo maslo ali olje.
