Sestavine
- 5 kuhanih srednje velikih krompirjev
- 300 g vloženih rezancev rdeče pese
- 1 kumara za solato
- 30 g mlade čebule
- 4 kuhana jajca
- 300 g klobase jeger
- 2 l kefirja
- 2 žlički Vegete
- poper
- 30 g svežega sesekljanega kopra
- ½ žličke gorčice Podravka
- ½ žlice hrena
- sol in poper
Priprava
- Zelenjavo, jajca in jeger na drobno sesekljamo ter damo v večjo skledo.
- Kefir zmešamo z Vegeto, poprom, koprom, gorčico in hrenom ter prelijemo po zmesi.
- Rahlo premešamo in pustimo stati v hladilniku 15–20 minut.
Nasvet
Namesto vložene rdeče pese lahko skuhamo tudi svežo in jo narežemo na palčke.
