Sestavine
- 8 tanjših svinjskih kotletov
- 3 žličke Vegete
- poper
- 2 jajci
- 60 g gladke moke
- olje
- 2 žlici masla
- 1 majhna čebula
- 150 g gob
- 150 ml sladke smetane
- 1 žlica limoninega soka
- 2 žlici sveže sesekljanega kopra
Priprava
- Kotlete začinimo z eno žličko Vegete in poprom.
- V skledici razžvrkljamo jajci in ju začinimo z žličko Vegete in poprom, v drugo skledico pa damo moko.
- V večji ponvi segrejemo za 1 prst olja in kotlete najprej pomokamo, nato jih namočimo v jajcu ter jih v olju pečemo, dokler ne dobimo zlatorjave barve.
- Odložimo jih na kuhinjsko brisačo.
- V ponvi segrejemo maslo in prepražimo na drobno sesekljano čebulo, da porjavi, nato dodamo gobe in dušimo še 5 minut, dokler se ne zmehčajo.
- Dolijemo smetano, dobro popopramo in dodamo žličko Vegete. Kuhamo še nekaj minut, da se zgosti in na koncu dodamo limonin sok in koper.
- Prelijemo čez ocvrte kotlete in postrežemo.
