Sestavine
- 1 jajce
- 1 žlica posebne bele moke Žito
- 2 žlički Vegete
- ½ žličke črnega popra Maestro
- 700 g krompirja
- 1 manjša čebula
- olje
Priprava
V večji skledi zmešamo jajce, moko, Vegeto in poper. Krompir naribamo na drobno in ga damo na cedilo ter ga dobro odcedimo, ali pa ga odcedimo s pomočjo kuhinjske papirnate brisače. Na rahlo ga vmešamo v že pripravljeno maso. V veliki ponvi segrejemo olje in v olje polagamo maso ter z žlico oblikujemo polpete. Pečemo približno tri minute na vsaki strani in jih odložimo na vpojni papir
Nasvet
Tradicionalno jih postrežemo z jabolčno omako ali smetanovo omako z drobnjakom.
