Sestavine
- 500 g krompirja
- 200 g gladke moke
- 1 jajce
- 2 žlički Vegete
- 250 g svežega sira bryndza
- 200 g slanine
- sesekljan drobnjak
- sol in poper
Priprava
- Surov krompir olupimo in naribamo ali pa ga zmeljemo v multipraktiku.
- Prestavimo ga v večjo skledo ter mu dodamo moko, jajce in Vegeto.
- Mešamo z žlico, dokler ne dobimo lepljive gladke zmesi.
- Zavremo lonec slane vode in skozi velike luknje ležečega strgalnika spuščamo zmes v vrelo vodo.
- Haluške so gotove, ko priplavajo na površje.
- Takrat jih poberemo s penovko in jih položimo v skledo.
- Na vroče haluške damo sveži sir bryndza, pustimo, da se raztopi, nato premešamo in potresemo s slanino, ki smo jo narezali na kocke in popekli v ponvi.
- Okrasimo s sesekljanim drobnjakom.
Nasvet
Sveži sir Bryndza lahko zamenjamo z mešanico iz 125 g feta sira, 125 g kisle smetane in 1 žlice masla.
